My Work Choice is seeking an Assembler for Stanley Black & Decker’s Martin, TN facility. You’ll choose your shifts (3:30 PM–12 AM or 6 AM–2:30 PM), work on a production line, and be paid $17/hour with weekly pay. No calls, just you and the app managing schedules and shifts.
Responsibilities include setting up your workstation, participating in changeovers and Lean procedures, and collaborating with your Team Coach and Leader. Must lift up to 40 lbs and work well in a team.
