Adoration Health is seeking a Mental Health RN to join our Martin, Tennessee home health team. This PRN role focuses on patient-centered psychiatric care in the home setting, delivering assessments, education, and coordinated care with physicians and the Clinical Manager.
You will work independently with team support, provide therapy, med management, and crisis response while maintaining documentation and state regulations. A current TN RN license and psychiatric experience are required.
