HOW YOU'LL HELP DRIVE OUR SUCCESS AS A PART-TIME BOOKKEEPERYou will be the person helping keep the financial side of our business running smoothly and efficiently. You will process payroll with accuracy, manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, perform reconciliations, maintain organized financial records, and ensure important details never fall through the cracks. While our field teams focus on transforming outdoor spaces for homeowners, you'll help provide the financial foundation that keeps every project moving forward with confidence.
WHATMAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS PART-TIME POSITION?
- Strong knowledge in Quickbooks Online
- 3+ years of experience in a bookkeeping position
- Strong time management skills
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in person at our Martinez, CA office
