All workers are instructed to work safely, and carefully at all times.
Our work involves physical labor requiring ability to lift/unload supplies, materials, and/or heavy equipment is required. Work is outdoors in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, etc.
Project work can be conducted at various construction sites in Northern CA and may also require overnight travel to projects as assigned. The laborer must have reliable transportation to be able to report to the Martinez, CA main facility.
The starting payrate is $22-$25 DOE/hour and may vary based on related work experience.
We work as a team and will train willing individuals who desire to start a career in the construction trades. Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen upon receiving offer of employment.
