Chief Financial Officer – Employment and Human Services Department
The Employment and Human Services Department of Contra Costa County seeks an experienced, human services finance professional to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities- Develop, review, revise, and implement policies and procedures for the department's financial operations.
- Direct a staff of professional, technical, and clerical personnel.
- Advise department executive and administrative staff on complex financial management issues.
- Act as the delegated liaison to the County Auditor‑Controller, Assessor, and Treasurer‑Tax Collector.
- Demonstrated experience as a human services finance professional.
