Financial Solutions Advisor Registration - Virginia Hills Financial Center

Responsibilities

The Financial Solutions Advisor I (FSA I) will acquire Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through Academy training. Once licensed, the advisor will:

• Build and manage client relationships.
• Assess complex financial situations and provide tailored advice.
• Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
• Recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching from Academy managers.

• Must be self‑disciplined and able to manage time and capacity effectively.
• Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to build peer relationships.
• Results‑driven mindset in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
• Capable of executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptable to new technology and applications.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. (Desired) Bachelor’s degree or ≥1 year finance or sales experience.
• Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire (SIE, Series 7, Series 66 within 120 days).

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays; 1st shift (United States). 40 hours per week.

Hourly rate $28.85 – $33.65, based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary only and is not incentive eligible.

Position is subject to SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage originations. All employees must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
