Docu Sign Form Migration Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Docu Sign Form Migration Specialist to support the migration of existing PDF-based forms into Docu Sign templates and workflows. This role will begin as a part-time engagement (50%) with a hybrid onsite requirement (50% onsite in Martinez, CA). The ideal candidate will have experience working with form structures, digital form builders, and Docu Sign configuration.
Depending on experience level, the individual may support basic migration tasks or lead more advanced workflow design, automation, and integration efforts. This position plays a key role in modernizing form processes and improving digital workflow efficiency across business functions.
Must Have:
Docu Sign Template & Form Configuration, PDF Form Migration & Field Mapping, Docu Sign Workflow Design (Routing, Recipient Roles, Conditional Logic), Digital Form QA & Validation, Docu Sign API & Webhook Integration, Documentation & Migration Process Management
Form Migration & Configuration
- Convert existing PDF forms into Docu Sign templates
- Configure Docu Sign fields including text, date, signature, check boxes, and dropdowns
- Ensure accurate replication of form structure, layout, and business logic
- Maintain consistent file naming conventions and migration tracking documentation
Workflow & Template Development
- Build reusable Docu Sign templates and web forms
- Configure recipient roles, routing sequences, and notification settings
- Apply conditional logic, validation rules, and required field controls
- Support form testing, QA, and usability validation (tab order, accessibility, accuracy)
Project Coordination & Execution
- Manage multiple form migration requests with prioritization and deadlines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
- Document processes, configurations, and migration standards
Advanced Responsibilities
- Design scalable Docu Sign solutions across departments
- Implement advanced workflows (multi-step approvals, dynamic routing, conditional logic)
- Support integration with enterprise systems using APIs and webhooks
- Establish governance, documentation standards, and migration frameworks
- Lead coordination efforts across teams and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Entry-Level/Foundational Skills
- Understanding of PDF form structures and field mapping
- Basic Docu Sign configuration (fields, signatures, forms)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured migration processes
- Basic task tracking and documentation skills
Intermediate Skills (Preferred)
- Experience converting complex PDFs into structured digital forms
- Knowledge of workflow routing and recipient role configuration
- Experience with conditional logic and validation rules
- QA/testing experience for digital forms
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and timelines
Advanced Skills
- Docu Sign advanced workflow design and automation
- API integrations and webhook configuration
- Enterprise-scale solution design and governance frameworks
- Cross-functional project leadership experience
