Docu Sign Consultant

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Docu Sign Consultant to support our client's Enterprise Applications team. This Docu Sign Consultant will partner directly with the IT departments—to modernize and automate business processes using the Docu Sign platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Docu Sign Consultant who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing workflow solutions, and delivering end-to-end Docu Sign implementations. The ideal Docu Sign Consultant is both technically proficient and customer-focused, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects from discovery through production deployment. The Docu Sign Consultant role is a Part Time role - about 20 hours a week and is an onsite role out of Martiniez.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from requirements gathering through solution delivery.
• Analyze and document current-state business processes and recommend workflow improvements.
• Design, configure, and implement Docu Sign eSignature workflows, templates, routing, and automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Develop business requirements, process flows, technical documentation, and end-user training materials.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and production deployments.
• Migrate Docu Sign solutions from sandbox to production environments.
• Assist with Docu Sign integrations with enterprise applications using APIs and other integration technologies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong communication with business partners.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist with user adoption.
