What You'll Do

As a Sales, Service, and Delivery Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our landscape and outdoor supply contractors.

  • Customer Service & Sales
    :
    Assist customers at the counter, providing expert advice on our products, answering questions, and ensuring they have the right solutions for their projects.
  • Product Expertise
    :
    With in-depth knowledge of our irrigation and outdoor supply products, guide customers in selecting the best items and ensure they understand how to use them.
  • Order Fulfillment & Delivery
    :
    Help prepare customer orders, load products, and deliver them to contractors, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to job sites.
  • Relationship Building
    :
    Develop strong relationships with contractor clients by offering reliable service, timely deliveries, and product recommendations, ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is a hands‑on role where you directly contribute to the success of our clients while growing within a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction & Sales
    • Assist customers at the counter, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
    • Provide knowledgeable, friendly service to help customers find the best solutions.
  • Product Knowledge & Guidance
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of irrigation and outdoor supply products.
    • Advise customers on proper product usage, installation, and maintenance.
  • Order Processing & Fulfillment
    • Accurately process orders, ensure items are correctly selected and ready for delivery.
    • Prepare orders for transport and manage inventory.
  • Delivery & Logistics
    • Safely load and deliver products to job sites, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
    • Ensure products delivered in excellent condition and address delivery issues.
  • Relationship Building
    • Foster strong relationships with contractors through consistent service.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with colleagues for smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and delivery areas.
  • Operational Support
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and interactions.
    • Assist with inventory control and stock management.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build positive relationships.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Basic understanding or willingness to learn about irrigation and outdoor supply products.
    • Ability to explain features and benefits clearly.
  • Sales Experience
    • Previous sales or customer‑facing role preferred but not required.

  • Delivery Experience
    • Valid driver’s license with clean record.
    • Experience loading, unloading, and safely transporting products.
  • Physical Stamina
    • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs or more as part of duties.
    • Comfortable with manual tasks and maintaining organized environment.
  • Time Management
    • Efficient time management for timely delivery and customer expectations.
    • Organized skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail
    • Accuracy when processing orders and ensuring delivery.
    • Troubleshoot and address concerns effectively.
