A Shift Manager's main responsibility is assisting in leading the crew in providing a memorable experience to our guests. The position reports directly to the store General Manager. The Shift Manager has the responsibility of being the Manager in Charge (MIC) when the General and the Assistant Manager are not present. The Shift Manager must lead by example in all areas of the business.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Communicate effectively with crew and management
- Effectively handle customer service issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and positive store environment
- Understands and maintains store quality standards; including great food – fast
- Manage labor and team execution
- Open and close the store
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with guests
- Dependable and flexible with schedule shifts
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Positive attitude
- Moderate computer skills
