- Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Well Star standards.
- Experience :
Minimum 2+ years of recent, direct ED RN experience. - Education :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). - Licensure/Certification s :
Active RN license (Georgia or Compact)
BLS - Basic Life Support from AHA.ACLS
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support PALS
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Skills :
Critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
