The role involves serving customers, preparing pizza, handling phone orders, and maintaining store operations. Responsibilities include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, cleaning equipment and facility, and providing training and orientation to new team members.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Participate in orientation and training on the job.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Perform essential functions: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); make correct monetary change; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communication skills: verbal, written, and telephone.
• Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
• Ability to insert, manipulate, and use various tools such as pizza peel, rolling cutter, calculator, and telephone.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Climbing stairs or ladder; stooping/bending at the pizza assembly station; reaching up to 72″ above shoulder height; crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas; eye‑hand coordination for shaping pizza dough and manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, and pizza box; frequent and forceful pinching in assembly of cardboard pizza boxes; use of one or both hands; use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
