• Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead and train a team of landscape technicians in best practices and safety procedures.
• Manage scheduling, equipment, and inventory for efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape health and project progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and maintenance techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and a passion for landscape aesthetics and maintenance.
