Delivery Driver

We’re hiring Cannabis Delivery Drivers in Pacheco. If you have a valid driver’s license, a clean record, and strong customer service skills, join one of the fastest‑growing cannabis delivery teams.

Pay: $17 per hour + tips. Company‑issued vehicles available for use during shifts. Full‑time position with steady work and a supportive team.

• Load, package, transport, and deliver cannabis products safely and on schedule.
• Review orders before and after delivery to confirm accuracy.
• Accept payments and provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or complaints.
• Adhere to all transportation laws, company safety procedures, and cannabis compliance regulations.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with on‑site and support teams and use handheld devices for routing and order fulfillment.
• Safeguard company equipment and report any incidents.
• Perform other duties as requested by a supervisor.

• Open availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs. to a height of 5 ft. and over a distance of 50 ft.
• All electronic devices must be used hands‑free to comply with state laws.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Dependable, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Prior delivery driving experience (1–2 years) preferred; cannabis experience preferred.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple deliveries.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
