Requirements:

Job Details:

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old with valid Class A license
• 6 months of Class A experience within last year or 1 year of Class A experience within last 5 years
• No more than 1 preventable accident in past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 2 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug tests

Additional Trainer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 30 days with Knight
• Must have at least 60,000 miles solo & 1 winter season OTR
• Must be willing to run minimum 2 weeks at a time
• No more than 1 moving violation in last year
• No more than 1 preventable incident/accident in last year

• Unloads and loads trailer using forklift or hand truck.
• Transports loads over required route to proper destinations.
• Obtains shipping bills and necessary signatures.
• Returns completed paperwork to the shipping office.
• Removes empty skids from trailer truck and carries them to designated piling area.
• Performs miscellaneous service duties on vehicle including checking oil, water, gasoline and air in tires on a daily basis.
