Description:
The After-School Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate environment where children can grow and develop into their full potential. Must be 18 years of age or older. Hours 245pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, this is a year-round position, requiring summer flexibility between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Must be flexible and willing to further knowledge through training throughout the year.
Implement long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy. Additional hours are available
Qualifications:
18 Years or older Maintain daily open communication with parents Maintain confidentiality Keep all appropriate records such as attendance and time sheets. Maintain a safe and healthy environment Must be willing to get Background Check Must become First Aid/CPR and Fire Safety Certified
