Role
The Registered Nurse in Home Health provides and coordinates nursing care for patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to physician prescriptions and regulations.
ResponsibilitiesDevelops and manages patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care within a Point of Care setting.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- No prior experience required
- Valid Georgia RN license or multistate licensure
- CPR certification upon hire
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
