Role:

Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative team environment.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate on care plans; prioritize patient flow; ensure documentation of assessments and interventions; advocate for patients and communicate with families and staff; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support shared governance and professional growth; mentor colleagues; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred); active RN license (single state or multi-state); certifications in BLS and ACLS; commitment to ongoing professional development; strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills; ability to contribute to quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

• Support organizational policies, engage in professional organizations, and promote a positive work environment. Other duties as assigned to ensure excellence in patient care and staff collaboration.
