Role
Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure patient-centered care.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, prioritize patient flow, and document assessments and interventions. Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate families on health issues. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support professional growth and leadership by mentoring colleagues.
Qualifications & SkillsActive nursing license (RN), certifications in BLS and ACLS, with licensure preferred to be at least Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Committed to professional development and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
Additional dutiesSupport a positive work environment, participate in shared governance, and uphold organizational policies. Perform other assigned tasks to ensure optimal patient outcomes and organizational excellence.
