Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Role: RN Clinical Nurse

Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized care that respects cultural diversity. Partner with patients and families to support their goals, utilizing evidence-based practices, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards and policies.

• Coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering respectful and inclusive environments.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development and workforce sustainability.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in data collection and protocol development to improve outcomes.
• Support resource management and proactive care planning across the continuum.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred; licensed as RN (single state or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications: BLS and RN licensure upon hire.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing program preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
