Role

Registered Nurse providing quality patient care, working collaboratively with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, assisting with care planning and ensuring safe, effective care.
• Prioritize patient flow and experience, delivering care according to policies and procedures.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications, engaging in ongoing development.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, supporting shared governance and organizational policies.

• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
