Project Controls Specialist (Cost Controls & SAP)

Location: Randolph, VA (Onsite)

Duration: 4-Month Contract

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week with occasional overtime)

• sSupport Project Managers with cost controls throughout the project lifecycle
• .Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Change Orders (COs)
• .Track project budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, and expenditures
• .Generate and analyze SAP cost reports, identifying cost variances and recommending corrective actions
• .Prepare monthly project cost forecasts and financial reports
• .Support project closeout activities, including financial reconciliation and asset documentation
• .Maintain project records, financial documentation, and compliance with company procedures
• .Assist with capital budget planning, procurement tracking, and audit documentation

• .Strong experience supporting capital projects within utilities, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or EPC environments
