Automotive Service Advisor Assistant

Carter Myers Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor Assistant to support our busy Virginia dealerships. In this customer-facing role, you'll greet service customers, gather vehicle and repair information, schedule appointments, and assist with repair orders and invoices. You'll coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts staff to ensure clear communication, timely updates, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and gather vehicle and contact information
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar
• Prepare and update repair orders with accurate details
