Project Engineer
Develop operating process plans for machining or assembling parts within the Powertrain department.
Lead the planning, procurement, installation, testing, and launch of engine and transmission machining or assembly lines.
Create, manage, and maintain project schedules and budgets for assigned areas.
Develop and enhance standard tools, methods, and benchmarks to support continuous improvement.
Lead and participate in cross‑functional teams across local facilities and corporate departments to achieve project objectives.
Visualize activity plans and timelines to support rapid alignment and prioritization among stakeholders.
Analyze critical manufacturing issues and clearly communicate root‑cause findings and corrective‑action plans.
Qualifications- Experience in process engineering, including schedule and budget management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to read, interpret, and modify drawings.
- Experience with 3D CAD software
, with strong skills in reading and interpreting models. - Willingness to work overtime and travel domestically and internationally as required.
