Job Description

Parkersburg Mancan is looking for a reliable and dependent Loan Manager. We have partnered with a great company in Parkersburg!

NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE
8a - 4:30p Monday Friday
Must be able to work different shifts if required. Pay is $17.00-$18.00/hr based on experience.

** MUST HAVE LENDING EXPERIENCE

** MUST BE ABLE TO READ CREDIT REPORT AND ASSESS RISKS

• 1.Answering multi-line phone systems
• 2.Process loans
• 3.Have great communication skills both written and verbal
• 4.Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Word
• 5.Other duties as assigned.
• 6. Run/read credit reports
• 7. Data entry

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi task and be detailed oriented
• Must be able to answer phones in a friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
• Minimum 1 year previous loan underwriting experience required
