Safety Manager

As an industry leader in high-hazard manufacturing, we are seeking a strategic Multi-Site Safety Manager to provide safety and health leadership across assigned facilities. This role focuses on program development, continuous improvement, and overall guidance to ensure a world‑class safety culture.

• Safety Leadership: Provide overarching guidance for safety and health programs across multiple high-hazard manufacturing sites.
• Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Audit & Compliance: Lead audit assistance and conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze safety data and incident trends to drive proactive safety initiatives and reduce risk.
• Consultative Support: Serve as a subject matter expert to site-level safety professionals and plant leadership without direct supervisory authority.
• Incident Management: Provide oversight for incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years of safety experience in a high-hazard manufacturing environment.

  Deep knowledge of OSHA standards (e.g., LOTO, Confined Space, Hazcom) and EHS management systems.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer; no current or future sponsorship provided.

  Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP).
