This is a full-time, part-time as needed on-site role for a Caregiver, located in Martinsburg, WV. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support. Responsibilities may include light housekeeping, running errands, and providing companionship to enhance the overall quality of life for clients. The Caregiver will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that aligns with the personalized care plan for each client.

• Experience in caregiving tasks such as personal care, bathing assistance, meal preparation, and mobility support.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Basic housekeeping skills, including cleaning and organizing, as well as the ability to assist with errands.
• Understanding of medication administration and ability to provide reminders as per care plans.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support and assist seniors in their daily lives.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to individual client needs.
• Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for client care as needed.
