The role focuses on the comprehensive support and maintenance of critical IT systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational health of network server and telephony infrastructure. This position involves 24/7 support availability for the facility and requires a professional who can conduct deep root cause analysis to resolve technical incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for technical support issues via internal tracking systems.
• Maintain and configure various hardware and software assets including telephony and server infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage all technology assets through a centralized inventory database.
• Handle sensitive administrative access with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

• An Associates or Bachelors degree in a technology related field or equivalent hands on experience.
• Between three and five years of professional experience in an IT support or systems administration capacity.
• Proven expertise in current Windows operating systems along with associated diagnostic tools.
• A foundational understanding of enterprise infrastructure and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
