- - - Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and mentor team members;
Clean and inspect mill stands and guides that are returned to the shop from the mill floor;
Make all needed repairs to mill stands and guiding equipment making use of blue prints reading;
Operate robots in order to replace mill stand rolls in mill stands with the next set of rolls that will be needed for production;
Prepare guides for use on upcoming product rollings
