Forklift Operator

Location: Martinsburg, WV

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift Options: 1st Shift 5:45 AM-2 PM; 2nd Shift 1:45 PM-10 PM; 3rd Shift 9:45 PM-6 AM

You're the pro who keeps pallets flying and inventory right where it belongs. As a Forklift Operator in Martinsburg, you'll move freight with accuracy, lift after lift. Smooth operation, sharp focus, and steady teamwork keep this place humming.

Requirements:

  • Reach Truck experience required.
  • Valid forklift certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and chemical products.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to track inventory and production information accurately.
  • Hazardous materials training is a plus.
  • Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe footwear and other safety equipment as required.

Job Duties:

  • Operate a Reach Truck to move, load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Inspect loads for accuracy and safely transport products to designated locations.
  • Load and unload pallets, skids, and materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Support production and distribution operations by supplying materials as needed.
  • Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.
  • Report equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned.
