- - Responsibilities:
Clean and inspect mill stands and guides that are returned to the shop from the mill floor;
Make all needed repairs to mill stands and guiding equipment using blueprints and drawings;
Operate robots to replace mill stand rolls with the next set of rolls needed for production;
Prepare guides for upcoming product rollings and set up mill stands for use in the mill;
Order parts and maintain minimum spare parts for guides/stands in Roll Shop (SAP)
