This opportunity is part of a long-term placement program designed to support skilled professionals in delivering complex care to medically fragile patients in a specialized acute care setting.

Role Overview
Registered Nurses in the LTAC setting will provide extended, high-acuity care to patients with serious medical conditions requiring prolonged hospitalization. Nurses will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex treatment plans and support recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and manage advanced clinical equipment
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
- Minimum of 24 months recent acute care experience, preferably in LTAC or similar settings
- Willingness to relocate to West Virginia for a minimum of three years
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, based on experience
- Healthcare Coverage: Full medical, dental, and vision
