Retail Running Specialist

Dick's Sporting Goods -  -  - Responsibilities:
Drives sales through community involvement by attending local market races as a representative of Dick's Sporting Goods to promote the Company as a destination shop for running enthusiasts.;
Provides technical support based on in-depth product knowledge to other associates and customers on all footwear merchandise with a focus on merchandise geared towards runners.;
Supports Company standards of selling and customer service by providing a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer and maintaining solid product knowledge.;
Maintains merchandise presentation standards and signage of Footwear Department to Company standards as directed.;
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
