Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out screening procedures and site-specific policies;
Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries at designated access points to help support authorized entry and identify items or activity that may require additional review;
Monitor entry and exit areas, check credentials and/or shipping documentation as directed, and report unusual conditions, policy concerns, and/or screening exceptions to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with the appropriate contacts when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, remaining attentive to security-related concerns, access control issues, and/or operational disruptions within the location
