Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at an automotive-related location by carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, vehicle storage areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions;
Maintain a visible professional presence while communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns
