Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring motivated Entry Level HVAC Installers who want to build a real, long-term career in the trades. Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime available when needed)
What You'll Do- Work side-by-side with senior installers and techs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Learn to install, maintain, and service heating and air conditioning equipment to the highest standards
- Deliver a high-quality experience to every customer
- Keep job sites and your truck clean and organized
- Grow your skills every day with hands-on training and support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and use tools
- Basic safety knowledge and a strong work ethic
- Good written and verbal English skills
- 1+ year of any construction or mechanical experience is a plus - but not required
