Monday - Friday, Full-Time (Overtime available based on your preference)
What You'll Do- Perform high-quality installations of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install and work with gas piping, refrigeration lines, duct systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Test, balance, and commission new systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure every job meets or exceeds code requirements
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job site
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong proficiency installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and ductwork
- Solid knowledge of furnaces, heat pumps, refrigerants, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Universal EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Good understanding of sheet metal practices and air balancing
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
