Compensation: Up to $16hr, Full Time, Contract to Permanent
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
As a Industrial Pump Shop Attendant, you’ll receive hands‑on training to:
- Disassemble, inspect, and repair industrial pumps
- Fabricate custom components like base plates and protective guards
- Learn and perform stick welding (prior experience is a plus!)
- Occasionally travel for trade shows and manufacturer training (2–3 days, twice a year)
- Work in the field with a team to troubleshoot, install, or repair equipment
- Contribute to daily shop operations—everyone pitches in!
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (we dismiss at 4:45 to beat traffic!)
Location: Charleston, WV
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using power tools
- Willingness to learn welding and fabrication
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
