TPMA has been contracted by Region VII Workforce Development Board (WDB) to provide One-Stop Operator (OSO) services for the Region VII Career One-Stop Centers. As our team supporting Region VII continues to expand, we are seeking a part-time SNAP Employment & Training (E&T) Case Manager to support participants in achieving their employment and training goals.
This is an on-site position for a candidate who is local to the Region VII service area in West Virginia. Local travel between One-Stop locations and/or for program-related activities may be required as needed.
About the RoleThe E&T Case Manager will support the delivery and administration of Employment & Training services for program participants, working closely with the One-Stop Director, WIOA Career One-Stop Case Manager, and other workforce partners.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working directly with participants, and able to manage both the administrative and customer-service aspects of a federally funded workforce program.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting the One-Stop Director with the E&T Program and determining ABAWD status for the program.
- Conducting E&T and WIOA orientations to give the E&T participants the grant program information and requirements.
- Collecting timesheets for E&T program from the participating participants, data entries and paperwork.
- Data entry, letters, emails and phone calls to E&T participants.
- Collaborating with the WIOA Career One Stop Case Manager and One-Stop Director for services to assist E&T participants with their goals for employment through the WIOA grant program.
- Implementing and managing Excel spreadsheets for the E&T participant requirements.
- Completing weekly and monthly reports to turn into the One-Stop Director.
- Other duties assigned by the One-Stop Director.
- Proficient with Windows operating system
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
- Customer service and systems management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Counseling services experience preferred but not required.
- Location: Region VII One-Stop Centers, West Virginia — On-Site
- Schedule: Part-Time, 30 hours/week, Monday–Thursday
- Compensation: $17.00/hour
- Travel: Local travel as needed
- Background Check: This position requires completion of a background check in accordance with TPMA, Region VII, and applicable state program requirements.
