Motorcoach Operator

The primary role of a Professional Motor Coach operator is to transport guests safely to and from trip locations while also providing exceptional customer service. This includes pre tripping and cleaning vehicles, transporting guests to location, liaising with group contact, providing trip instructions, coordinating pick up times, being on time if not early for all pick-ups, engaging guests and providing assistance when needed, as well as promoting other Varsity Travel offerings and our business partners.

Drivers are expected to contribute to the quality of the experience for guests and aim to create repeating relationships with them.

Supervisor and scheduling:
Report to Transportation Manager

Qualifications:

CDL license with air brake and passenger endorsement for coaches, approval from Varsity Travel’s insurance company, friendly, professional, on time, physically able to perform duties.

Compensation:

Coach Drivers start at $25 per hour $500 Sign on Bonus
