11V Logistics, a premier Fed Ex Ground Contractor, is hiring Class A CDL Solo Drivers for dedicated overnight runs out of the Hagerstown, MD terminal.

WHAT WE OFFER (THE PAY & PERKS):

• Target Weekly Gross: $1,500 $ 1,750 (Paid weekly)
• High Mileage Rate: $0.75 per mile
• Shift Income Protection: $250 daily guarantee for every scheduled shift worked! If the terminal delays your dispatch or cancels a run on your night, you still get paid.

YOUR NIGHTLY ROUTINE:

• Commute against traffic to the Hagerstown Fed Ex Ground Hub.
• Hook your solo set of doubles (we will train you if you re new to pups!).
• Run clean terminal-to-terminal highway loops, drop your trailers, hook your return set, and roll back.
• Maintain clean electronic logs (ELD) and communicate smoothly with dispatch.

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY:

• License:
  Valid Class A CDL.
• Endorsement:
  Doubles/Triples endorsement (Or the willingness to get it we will train you!).
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Safety First:
  Clean MVR (driving record) and active registration with the FMCSA
• Language:
  Must be able to read, write, and communicate cleanly in English with terminal dispatch.
