Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated reefer and dry van routes delivering to Costco stores in the Northeast. This role features 100% no-touch freight and 95% drop-and-hook; typically 5–6 loads per week with regular slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
You’ll earn mileage pay plus hourly on-duty pay, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses, plus paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.
