Direct Support Professional

Position Overview

We’re looking for caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals to help our clients during weekend shifts, including overnight/24‑hour coverage. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a real difference in someone’s life while being part of a team that truly cares about you.

• Help clients with personal care like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and run errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
• Ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued

• Previous caregiving, home health, or DSP experience is great—but we provide training!
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Able to work weekend shifts, including overnight/24‑hour coverage
• Must pass background check and meet agency requirements
