Part and full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus.
Indiana University Health is looking for passionate, experienced nurses to join our team and collaborate with top medical professionals.
Fast‑paced, patient‑centered emergency department consisting of 17 treatment beds designed to support high‑quality, efficient emergency care for patients across all levels of acuity. Utilizing an immediate bedding and team triage mode, we prioritize rapid assessment, early intervention, streamlined patient flow to enhance safety, reduce wait times, and improve overall patient outcomes.
The ED team includes a collaborative group of nurses, providers, technicians, and respiratory therapists who work cohesively to deliver timely, compassionate care in a dynamic environment. Nursing Skills Gained- Emergency Severity Index (ESI) triage scoring
- Rapid Assessment and Prioritization
- Advanced Critical Thinking
- Procedural Competency (EKG interpretation, IV insertion, wound care, ortho splinting, lab collection, and point‑of‑care testing)
- Medication Administration and Emergency Pharmacology
- Management of high‑acuity conditions (STEMI, STROKE, SEPSIS, cardiac and respiratory failure, and behavioral crises).

- Requires 1 year RN experience.
- Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
