SUMMARY

The Retail Deposit Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the banks deposit growth and relationship management objectives through effective data analysis, sales lead assignment and management. Acting as a key member of the Retail Deposit Strategy team, this position is responsible for overseeing the administration and performance of lead management systems and providing analytical insights that drive strategic deposit campaigns and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL

JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Manage the full lifecycle of sales and relationship management leads, from creating to assignment to tracking and reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of leads to retail associates through system administration
  • Maintain data integrity within the lead management system and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and user experience
  • Provide administrative support for Retail Deposit Strategy team
  • Prepare communications, presentations, and studies using business cases, data analysis, and industry intelligence
  • Collaborate and partner with Retail Leadership and Marketing to support deposit growth initiatives, campaigns, and targeted outreach strategies
  • Provide insights based on campaign performance metrics and data trends
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal partners or vendors as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in lead assignment, tracking, and reporting processes
  • Provide essential analysis and reporting for channel optimization programs, strategic initiatives, and implementations
  • Assist with development and delivery of training, as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalence required
  • Prior banking experience
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Intermediate proficiency with banking software and systems
  • Intermediate critical thinking
  • Intermediate analysis skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Standing, walking, bending and stooping required
  • Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer
  • Must be able to occasionally move or lift up to 10 pounds
  • May be asked to work supplemental hours periodically
  • Travel may be required during and after business hours including occasional overnight stays
