To support the growth of the athletics department as well as the SGA and other on campus student activities. The Assistant Director of Athletics and Student Engagement will assist in providing leadership and oversight for the athletic department operations, while developing and implementing initiatives that will aim to build student engagement on our campus.

• Assist the college athletics program to achieve the parallel goals of development of quality, competitive athletics teams and support of the individual educational goals of student-athletes.
• Assist with on campus SGA and Student Activities.
• Home game management.
