Mentors are responsible for serving as highly engaged youth mentors who actively engage and educate middle and high school participants in a variety of interactive and engaging experiences that contribute positively to youth development. Mentors also create and support environments that are safe, healthy, and conducive to student learning.

Youth Mentors work closely with instructors to facilitate and guide daily program activities. They will also assist in gathering and entering student participation, development, and achievement data for program evaluation efforts. Be a fun, positive, and motivating person in the lives of participants enrolled in the program.
