• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and perform other Pharmacy Department duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coach other pharmacy technicians in system and cash register operations.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, greet and assist customers and patients, resolve issues, and provide product and service information.
• Maintain accurate drug records, verify medication correctness, and report prescription errors promptly to the pharmacist.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated training program.
• Attend manager‑requested training and acquire continuing education credits to stay current with healthcare and pharmacy developments.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Strong math, computer, and store inventory control skills.
• PTCB certification.
