6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

• 12 months of role experience is required, with some within the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience within the past 12 months.

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living within 60 miles of facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Health Trust Program - LifePoint Health and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Health Trust Program - LifePoint Health.
