“This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.”

• High school diploma or GED is required. Associate’s degree in a technical field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance and electrical experience, PLC and food manufacturing industry experience is preferred
• preferred two years industrial maint experience or five years’ experience with monogram
• Strong electrical, mechanical experience,electrical
  
  Journeyman's license preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends when required

• Knowledge of common maintenance practices and procedures
• Electrical education/training
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Ability to use meters and test equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours

• Test and troubleshoot various types of meat processing equipment
• Perform building maintenance
• Follow preventative maintenance schedule for processing equipment
• Follow lockout/tag out procedures when performing
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow GMP/HAACP procedures
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

• Knowledge of industrial machine operation.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
